The Trade Union ("we", "us") operates thetradeunion.in and the export portal at platform.thetradeunion.in. This policy explains how we handle personal data.

• Account data: name, email, company, role, country, and a unique user ID assigned at registration.
• Billing data: subscription plan (monthly or annual), payment dates, expiration dates, and transaction references from Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers).
• Usage data: product listings, buyer searches, AI assistant messages, and documents you create on the Platform.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and logs needed for security and reliability.

3. How we use data

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve Platform features
• Process subscriptions and support refund requests
• Map your account to payment and third-party services using your unique user ID
• Send service emails (billing, security, product updates)
• Comply with legal obligations

We share data with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. payment processing, hosting, AI APIs) under contractual safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
