Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using The Trade Union platform at thetradeunion.in ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Services

The Trade Union provides software tools for agricultural import and export businesses, including buyer discovery, AI assistance, document generation, and related trade features. We may update features from time to time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Each account receives a unique user ID used for billing, support, and service integrations. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscription plans

Paid plans (Growth) are offered on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Prices, features, and limits are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Monthly: billed every month from the date of first successful payment.
• Annual: billed once per year from the date of first successful payment.

Your active period, last payment date, and expiration date are shown in Settings → Billing. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partner to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Platform, scrape data at scale, resell access without permission, or use the service for unlawful trade activity. AI outputs are guidance only — you remain responsible for compliance with export/import laws.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific trade outcomes, buyer responses, or regulatory approvals. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
